  • TimeOut - New York

“The mother of all Jewish Singles parties and the largest Jewish Singles event in the nation.”
    — TimeOut New York

  • New York Magazine

“A high end event” “awash in cocktail dresses,” “attended by Cosmopolitan’s Bachelor of the Month” and “3,000 singles who mingled their way over three vast floors.”
    — New York Magazine

  • The Village Voice

“Matzo ball parties are Jewish camps all grown up… Letmypeoplego.com has been the grandest of all, 3,000 strong, including Jewish jet-setters from London, Toronto, and Sydney.“
    — Village Voice

  • New York Times

“With an estimated 3,000 guests and music calculated to permit conversation, both the dancing and the flirting were said to have been great.”
    — New York Times

  • The Washington Post

“More than 3,500 dressed-to-impress” attendees expected to “venue-hop in style” at “the country’s largest Jewish Singles event.“
    — The Washington Post

As seen in both The New York Times and The Washington Post, The Ball has been the Nation’s Biggest Jewish Singles Event 13 years in a row! More than 4,300 people attended last year in NYC alone (see videos)! That’s more than attend any Matzo Ball party in the country.

The Ball is so successful because we work hard to attract an amazing crowd of 20’s and 30’s Jewish Singles - the most important element - and because we choose the hippest venues for our events with great music and easy conversation.

This year, The Ball will be held in 25 cities worldwide!  In Austin, we are partnering with JDate.com for a unprecedented event that we expect to be one of the biggest Jewish Singles events in Austin history!

The Ball 2008 in Austin will be held on Christmas Eve at the multi-level Union Park - voted Austin's Best Hookup Spot 2008  - and will feature:

  • Drink specials (to be announce)
  • Great DJs spinning music that's fun to dance to but never so loud that you can't talk!
  • Dance in the Main Room or enjoy the heated rooftop patio with its spectacluar views.
  • Quieter areas like the ironically-named "Boom Boom Room" allow for intimate conversation, meeting new friends and catching up with old ones.
  • 800+ Jewish Singles ages 21-39 are expected to join us during the course of the night.

"Hipsters on the prowl take to this bi-level bar for its airiness and urban appeal. The first floor, anchored by a broad circular bar, houses a well-lit pool table, small covered patio and intimate seating. On nice evenings, most patrons flock to the rooftop bar, with its Zen-like luscious foliage, bamboo partitions and pillow-strewn benches" (Citysearch.com)

We look forward to seeing you on December 24!
